Volunteering in wildlife rehabilitation since age 11, Dan established Marine and Wildlife Rescue following the passing of Bev Cosse, continuing her 20-year legacy with the Seal and Bird Rescue Trust.
From entangled grey seals to injured birds of prey - we respond to wildlife in need across Norfolk and North Suffolk.
Marine and Wildlife Rescue was established to rescue common and grey seals, and has since grown into a full-spectrum wildlife rescue operation. We collect, transfer, rehabilitate and release wildlife in partnership with the CVS Veterinary Group, Norfolk Wildlife Trust, the Broads Authority and SeaLife Hunstanton.
All our members are volunteers, dedicated to the cause of helping Norfolk’s wildlife — from the coast to the countryside.
“The most rewarding feeling is releasing a fit and healthy animal back to the wild.”
